A great local business that know how to help its customers and always provides quality products and services. I trusted them even when ordering from abroad for our anniversary for which I was absent. It could have gone horribly wrong if my wife did not receive anything, as usual I left it until the last minute, but still the Rose Bowl saved my bacon.

I recently ordered flowers from the Rosebowl, and I was very impressed with the whole experience. The delivery arrived on time, just as promised, and the flowers looked fresh and beautiful. Their customer service was also excellentthey were friendly, helpful, and made sure all my needs were met. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Ordered the flowers mid morning and they were delivered mid afternoon. The flowers were sent to our daughter with a get well message. She was delighted with the flowers and sent a photo of the bouquet which looked exactly like the on line photo on the Rosebowl Florists website. An ideal service when you live 300 miles away from your daughter.
