I recently ordered flowers from the Rosebowl, and I was very impressed with the whole experience. The delivery arrived on time, just as promised, and the flowers looked fresh and beautiful. Their customer service was also excellent???they were friendly, helpful, and made sure all my needs were met. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Ordered the flowers mid morning and they were delivered mid afternoon. The flowers were sent to our daughter with a get well message. She was delighted with the flowers and sent a photo of the bouquet which looked exactly like the on line photo on the Rosebowl Florists website. Called into florist for funeral bouquet not really knowing what I wanted. Came away with two sprays for funeral and ordered third online. Exceptional quality and attention to detail. Added personal touch by including deceased's favourite flower. Would always consider 1st. in future.Priced were considerably lower when compared with other nationally renowned florists. <br />Purchased three funeral sprays and each spray was beautifully arranged. Flowers lasted well over one week.

On Tuesday the 26th March I placed an order for delivery the following day. I received no confirmation email, yet the money was taken from my account immediately. Not having heard anything I rang the florist the day after the delivery was due, only to be told that no order had been received by them. After several phone calls, Direct2florist rang me to say that they couldn't find my order - however, they did after I supplied the details. No explanation was available as to the glitch in the Direct2florist computer system and it was confirmed that my order had been overlooked. A further phone call, direct to the florist on the Friday I was told that they had sorted the delivery within an hour of Direct2florist informing them of the order.Rosebowl florist was very helpful after Direct2florist lost my order.

I have used this service before with very good results. I always like to receive the photograph from the florist and have always assumed that this is the bouquet that goes to the recipient. However, this time I was slightly disappointed as the photo from the florist was not identical to the one sent from my friend - who was, nevertheless, delighted with the presentation and quality of the flowers.
